Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

✔️ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
✔️ A package opening video is required as proof to claim any refund or return.
✔️ Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• Incorrect product received

• Size or design issues

• Damaged or defective item

If the desired replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund, including return shipping charges (if paid), within 15 working days.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7-15 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at support@rubandcollection.com with your order details.
